LINC Conference is a LEADERSHIP EVENT. If you are a leader, then it’s for you no matter what your age or position. LINC Conference is attended by local church leadership, district leadership, lay people, collegiates and teenagers.
Leaders gather for two days of leadership, inspiration, connection and networking. You will be inspired from anointed communicators, you will be refreshed by the presence of God and you will have the opportunity to connect & network with leaders. We invite you to bring leaders with you. We hope to see you in at LINC.

Jarad Harper
For the last 24 years, Jarad Harper has been serving as a licensed and ordained minister with the Pentecostal Church of God. After 29½ years serving in local and federal law enforcement, Jarad retired and stepped into full-time ministry alongside his wife, Kelly. Together, they founded Shackle Free Ministries, where they serve men and women in recovery, their families, and leaders within the recovery community. Over the past year, Shackle Free Ministries has seen 131 men, women, boys, and girls give their hearts and lives to Jesus.
Through partnerships with 18 recovery houses and 3 churches, Shackle Free Ministries evangelizes to those bound by addiction, walk alongside individuals in recovery, support families caught up in addiction, and empower leaders in recovery through the work God has called them into. The ministry also hosts Recovery Rallies and Revivals, Grief Retreats for those who have lost loved ones to addiction, and Rest-and-Revive Retreats for leaders in recovery.
Jarad and Kelly have been married for 20 years and are blessed with five children and seven grandchildren. They spend the majority of their time with family and ministering to men and women in recovery, giving hope to those damaged by the storm of addiction, and encouraging and empowering leaders in the recovery community.
